Be or do the things you loved most about those who are gone.

  • Did they enjoy movies? Find a friend or family member to watch a movie with you.
  • Did they enjoy a weekly stop for ice cream? Go there.
  • Did they enjoy walking and exercise? Take a walk.
  • Did they enjoy church? Don’t stop going even if you sit alone.

Reaching a point of acceptance is key to healing and experiencing joy once again.
